Dear Crafter, Vendor or Food Concession Participants,

 

Plans are well underway for the 27th Annual Flopeye Fish Festival will be held Saturday, May 28, 2011.  This year’s location for the festival is 2534 James Baker Blvd., Great Falls, SC in the Industrial Park on Highway 21 near the stoplight.  This has been the location for the past few years and there is plenty of room for activities and parking.  Activities will begin at 9:45 a.m. and end at 5 p.m.    

 

Our festival will be a day packed full of activities including a car show, children’s games, entertainment including bands, and more.  We invite you to come out and enjoy the day with us.

 

Set-up time will be Saturday morning from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m.  Spaces are 15 x 20 feet and will be spread out across the area to avoid congestion.  You may purchase additional space if necessary.

 

If you need electricity, you must furnish your own generator.  Bottled water would be needed.  No water source available.

 

All crafters and vendors will be responsible for tents, tables or other items necessary for their display.  A copy of your South Carolina Sales Tax License, if applicable, must be displayed and a copy returned with the application.

 

Applications  returned after May 12, 2011 will be charged an additional $25.00 late fee.

 

Spaces will fill up quickly, so please get your application in as soon as possible.
